I saw Martha Stewart make Creamy Racchette Pasta With Asparagus and Peas and I just had to try it for myself. It's so worth it. VERY good. It tastes like spring. That's the best description I have. I made it Saturday night and to go along with it I made Pecan Fudge Brownies. I don't usually like homemade brownies but these were better than any other brownie recipe I've tried. Fudgey enough to make any chocolate lover happy : ).
I've had so much fun these last 6 months being married to a guy who doesn't have the word "picky" in his vocabulary. I've been able to make dozens of recipes I wouldn't have been able to make for my family. It's hard to please 5 people when every single one of them have varying palettes. So here's to all the future interesting recipes I'll be able to make and enjoy, cheers! : )
